WEST CUMBRIA

Marra AI

Bespoke AI Operating Systems for Cumbrian businesses.

We don’t sell dashboards, subscriptions, or generic tools. I personally work with you in your business to build a practical, tailored system that fits exactly how you operate.

This starts with clear documentation of your processes (turning tribal knowledge into a reliable rulebook), moves to structuring your data into one clean, searchable home, and then adds custom Marras — smart automations that handle repetitive value-added tasks so you and your team can focus on what actually makes money.

Training is available as a standalone service for any business that wants to understand AI in plain English, and it also serves as a natural first step for those ready for a fuller implementation.

The goal is simple: help overwhelmed local owners reclaim time and mental capacity. Whether you run a window firm, plumbing business, scaffolding company, or any other hands-on operation, we bring industrial-grade process thinking combined with practical AI — always shaped to real job sites, not theoretical slide decks.

About Kris Wilkinson

I’m Kris Wilkinson, born and raised in Workington. My career began with hands-on graft and progressed into high-stakes digital transformation in the nuclear industry, where I designed and delivered systems under strict regulatory conditions.

That experience taught me how to turn chaos into clear, reliable processes that people can actually use — even in the most demanding environments. Today, I bring the same discipline and rigour to West Cumbria’s businesses.

I was among the earliest beta testers of GPT-2, have spoken at AI Summit London, contributed to national AI standards discussions alongside Microsoft, Google and others, and built practical AI systems that run reliably without constant oversight.

But the most important qualification is this: I understand the real pain of running a small local business — the mental load, the scattered information, and the feeling that there’s never enough time. I’ve lived it personally, and I’ve seen it in every Cumbrian firm I’ve worked with.

Marra AI exists because I believe those who adopt AI practically will thrive, while those who don’t risk falling behind. My job is to make adoption realistic and effective for businesses like yours.
